That's call real global stability when they do.
Ultimately, our Nation's goal is to have engaged successful relationships with everyone, with as few enemies as possible.
We spend a lot of Defense, and now we're about to spend more on that, and just a bit more on Americans who deserve it.
We have the #1 military, perhaps the best ever assembled. That doesn't mean we should be diplomatic toward everyone, including powerful nations, ally or not.
Being allies with a nation like Russia, or China, opens up the world.
The economy is a whole nother sphere to grapple, but I personally see no problem trying to end humanity's current wars.
