Here is the 2013 data (Obama administration):

Blacks make up about 12% of the U.S. population.

Whites (including White Hispanics) make up about 72% of the U.S. population.

So there are 6 times more whites than blacks.

There is quite a bit of number crunching you can do when taking population of perpetrators into account.

If you are black, you are 5 times more likely to be murdered by your own race than whites are.

Whites and blacks murdered about the same number of people even though there are 1/6 as many blacks.

Blacks murdered twice as many whites as whites murdered blacks. You don’t even need to take population differences into account to see who is at fault.

I’m no math whiz so please let me know if there are any errors and I will correct them.
Please add more number crunching.
