Well it was like the end of day's ppl scared not knowing what will happen. The time had come. I was in a building that looked like high rise hotel with street view. I was like on 3rd floor that had balcony.

I out side on balcony why have no idea as I these day's no longer will go out to any balcony.. new years eve. Any way as we waited for what was to come
