COVID rates are higher in areas w/ more particulates in the air for the virus to ride on.
Combine that study w/ the approaching Sahara Desert cloud over the southern US, and you could see a monster spike in COVID cases. It would start in Texas.
Update: Every state affected by Sahara dust has now spiked in COVID. Media will blame this on Republicans and opening too early.
