Drink tons of water. There is a lot of people’s testimonies about this being very helpful to overcome it quickly without conflicts. Hope you recover quickly!
You missed a LOT: Vitamnin D3 at least 10k IUs oer day (50k once per week is ideal) Magnesium and K2 to offset the D3 overload Quercetin Rutin Pine Bark or Cinchona supplements (quinine is made from this) Liopsomal Vitamin C at least 3000 IU per day I could add more supplements that keep this shit at bay but it would be overkill. But throw in Glucosamine, Turmeric, Alpha Lipoic Acid, NAC,HMB, L-Glutamine and Potassium for good measure If patient has a gag reflex, take them with a smoothie or yogurt. Stick with this and add one baby aspirin per day to keep the blood thin. Covid causes blood clotting, which leads to thrombosis, stroke and heart attack AFTER recovery.
Trinity said that he got both Cinchona capsules and the bark and that grinding up the bark and making tea out of it worked better than the capsules. There's a bunch of places to get it but this is an example. https://www.amazon.com/Quina-Roja-Hierba-Tea-14-G/dp/B07HCZQ21G/ref=sr_1_4?dchild=1&hvadid=159378410&hvbmt=be&hvdev=t&hvqmt=e&keywords=cinchona+bark&qid=1593046672&sr=8-4&tag=mh0b-20
Original Message
I feel like I have the flu. I'm in my 30s and I'm a type 2 diabetic. Temp is 101.5. I was told I don't need to go to the hospital unless my symptoms become severe or if I have trouble breathing.
What helped you get through the virus? Any tips / suggestions?
This question is directed to people that have been diagnosed and recovered from this illness.
