Pretty sure I'll take some red for posting this thread but need help for supporting a situation I could never have imagined. In doing research it's obvious the liberal lawyers and judges have designed the divorce process. Have to prove one year of separation? FFS!
Let's say two people, married more than 5 years have a 2 year old kid and need to divorce. What are some of the things the male can do in preparation to avoid being raped by the system? If the woman is a drinker with anger management issues, will the man actually get full child custody?
What about the liquid assets which will be wasted quickly by the woman? What can be done?
