Kamala Devi Harris is an American lawyer and politician serving as the junior United States Senator from California since 2017. A member of the Democratic Party, Harris is the first Indian American and second African American woman to be elected to the United States Senate.

Hidin' Biden is being told what to say and all decisions are being made by his controllers, Biden is only repeating the words, and most of the time he even has trouble doing this.

Politico, (no link) leaked the news in an article on Friday and then retracted it and said it was a mistake - maybe, but I don't believe it. The MSM is simply unable to contain themselves in their giddy excitement that a woman of color is going to be President - JMHO but Kamala Harris will be the VP choice and in a short time will become "Madam President" if the Democrats manage to steal the election!! No bets at this time either way
