Due to the opiod restrictions where I live you cannot receive Ambien, or ANY other sleep medication along with something like Norco, etc.
My doc has tried EVERYTHING in the antidepressant area to try to help my hubby sleep
He has tried Melatonin to no avail
Does anyone have any recommendations or tips. He is chronic pain patient but takes very little pain meds, he gets a lot of steroid injection with varied results.
He has a recalled hip which is implanted in a very complicated way due to a crushed acetabulum. He has a right knee replacement and 4 level back fusion.
He recently started with severe hip pain and they THINK it's SI Joint so he got a chiropractor who is limited in what he can do because of all of his surgeriers
I just started him on Tumeric for inflammation, also started Quercertin a few weeks ago, he takes 50,000 Vit D weekly, Zinc and Calcium and a Daily Mens vitamin
Can't sleep at all
