I just started him on Tumeric for inflammation, also started Quercertin a few weeks ago, he takes 50,000 Vit D weekly, Zinc and Calcium and a Daily Mens vitamin

Doxylamine Succinate, which is sold over the counter as a sleep aid, is very effective!  In fact, you need to take it a few hours before sleep so that it wears off before too late the next morning.  It is similar to benedryl, but even stronger in helping one to sleep.  If you haven't tried it, its very worth a try.  CVS has a store brand bottle with 96 tablets.  Its cheap.
