FIRST I WILL SAY THAT I'M NOT TRYING TO MAKE A PREDICTION OR ANY KIND OR THAT I HAVE SOME POWER TO SEE THE FUTURE BLAH, BLAH, BLAH. I JUST WAS SO AFFECTED BY THIS I WANTED TO SHARE.
A preface: I'm not a dreamer in general at all. And if and when I do, I NEVER remember any of the details more than a few minutes after waking if at all.
However, these two dreams were the most vivid, detailed and terrifying events that I can't forget or get out of my head. And the TWO different "scenes" came to me days apart.
DREAM ONE - July 26 My wife and I were traveling in our car west on a major boulevard near where we live. There's a normal flow of traffic most days. As we were moving along around 60 KPH, all the cars in front of us stopped on both sides.
We could see on the oncoming lanes to the left that there was an overturned vehicle a bit smashed and a few others involved. We said to each other, "whoa, what happened there?" Then suddenly, we see another car come flying and tumbling over the others stopped, followed by several more and various bits of debris.
Seeing what was happening, people, including us, started fleeing from their cars as there was nowhere to go and things were flying our way.We rushed to the side of the street to a large two story building that had a fire escape ladder and begin climbing in thought that we could elevate above the wreckage and danger.
As we made our way to the top of the roof, it became very ominous as we could now see what was causing the events below. The clouds were rolling down from the sky and thundering in our direction as a compression blast that was created from a large meteor that had slammed into the earth.
As the cloud, debris and shockwave got to us, I awoke.
DREAM TWO - AUGUST 1 My wife and I our in our car traveling along the Queen Elizabeth heading west toward Toronto. All seamed peaceful as we drove. At a particular bend in the road, you can't really see in the distance at all. At that moment, we see an ambulance, in the opposite oncoming side of the highway, flying and flipping onto the road and crashing.
As we clear the curve, we start to see some chaos with people running around and some flooding that had just happened as the lake rose over the banks. The lake was totally calm as I looked which was a disturbing contradiction to everything else I was witnessing.
Suddenly, the lake turned into a towering tsunami wall of water that pick us and all the cars and hurled us into the buildings. We managed to get out of the car some how and began swimming to stay afloat. The waters and debris battered the landscape, as well as a hole in a warehouse store.
We were swept into the store and slight protected now from the waves, but still wading through water as we attempted to find safety or shelter of some sort. Sadly, the crush of the lake and the shockwave took hold of the entire roof as I awoke.
There you go. Not sure what to do with it other than share. If I have another one this week, I will certainly follow up.
