Been taking a couple of teaspoons per day of barleygrass for the last month. Definitely chilled me out.
I decided to up the dose today. So we'll call this...
Day 1 (August 7th 2020)
Feel much more relaxed. More in tune with myself. Kind like light is running through my body. Chlorophyll holds a lot of secrets, we hear.

Took even more. Feel relaxed but super tired now. Maybe I took too much. Just want to sleep now.

An hour or so later. Feel very clean and fresh, like I've been resting in the country for a couple of days. I guess the toxins have left my system.
