I ran the hot wire about 3 inches outside the non electric plastic deer netting that was not keeping the deer out. Now I am a bit worried if that could be a fire hazard when the wind blows hard or the birds and raccoons pushing it against the wire if they touch.
I tried searching the net for answers but could not find anything specific about plastic deer netting touching an electric fence wire.
GLP is better than google LOL.
