Currently, 4 Supreme Court justices have basically said that the lockdowns are unconstitutional: Gorsuch, Kavanaugh, Alito and Thomas -- They went out of their way to REJECT the Jacobson case, which is the awful case from the early 1900s used to justify the mask mandates and the lockdowns.

Jacobson is one of the worst rulings EVER. It basically said that the 14th Amendment doesn't protect your liberties AT ALL.

In the Jacobson case, all the person was asking for was a hearing to show that the vaccine was dangerous and that he didn't need it. The Supremes said he wasn't even entitled to a trial or a hearing on it. The Supremes said that if there's a public health emergency ALL YOUR CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS ARE SUSPENDED!

SCARY.

Amy Coney Barrett recently cited the Jacobson case as "good governing law" in a decision in Illinois a month ago. The governor of Illinois had banned all political gatherings based on your speech. Amy Coney Barrett said "that's just fine!" She said you have no protection under the 14th Amendment during a public health emergency!

President Trump still has snakes all around him. These snakes told President Trump that Amy Coney Barrett would support him during the election. They told him how she was on the BUSH VS. GORE team that got George W. Bush into the White House.

President Trump has made a massive mistake. This is another Justice Roberts in the making.
