[quote:Anonymous Coward 4999903:MV80NTU2Mzk2XzgzMDI4Nzk5Xzg4NEQ4Q0RE] [quote:Inevitability:MV80NTU2Mzk2XzgzMDI3MDk3XzMyRDlBNzA5] I've seen people get liver failure, heart disease, failed kidneys.
All that stuff can happen, for sure, if you're an idiot, meaning if you take gigantic doses continually, never take protective ancillaries, etc. You're probably never actually seen "liver failure" since it is EXTREMELY rare in steroid users. Liver is not really the problem. Heart is the problem, long term. But this is not hard to prevent by keeping doses reasonable, using ancillaries, doing cardio, maintain excellent diet, etc. Kidney disease also occurs but is rare, and probably has more to do with uncontrolled hypertension, and extremely high dietary protein, more than steroids as such. Easy to prevent with intelligent precautions.
