They are not to stop corona, they are to stop colds/flu and other diseases spreading which is whats killing people, CORONA is basicaly a immune suppressing bioweapon created from splicing a coronavirus, cytomegalovirus and hiv like viruses, everybody is probably already infected with corona, its not whats actually killing people, but it is weakening the immune system which is why its being listed as co-mobidity.
China or another power could infect the water supplies like a year ago (would explain covid being found in waste water), the virus has repressor genes like herpes, which allow corona to lie dormant and its flairing up, destroying/weakning immune systems to allow something else to complete the job, which is why its hitting the older hardest atm, its a national security issue and the govt wont admit it because of the panic, they want the lockdowns and masks because regular flu and colds are what is actually killing people and they want to slow it down.
The testing is a cover story to find those not infected or those with inate immunity to build a catalog, there is no current second wave, its just a winter flu/cold flair up taking out the next round of corona infected, if im right this shit is just going to continue and continue.
