Original Message Morals are arbitrary and all to often morality is espoused by violent conservatives on a self-aggrandizing warped moral crusade. Typically they are Christian. Whereas nonviolence entails compassion for all sentient beings regardless of any predilections they may have. Morals become outdated and are dependant upon cultural norms but respect for every living being (and this includes rapists) should be of the utmost concern for a tolerant and accepting society.
