Original Message I put my kitty in a cage at night as he sometimes runs around and might end up hurting himself. but i let him loose during the day, but when he's in the cage at night he meow's. so if i take him out and let him snuggle with me he's fine, but just mewo's in the cage. is this attention seeking? and should i ignore it?

PS: Before people say. I do show him attention daily. He's my baby, I let him out to roam free of the house during the day and when he goes in the cage at night he does let out to do his business and have a drink, and a little play.
