Why does this matter? Because you will not know if you will be symptomatic or asymptomatic until you show, or don't show, symptoms. Prior to you showing symptoms (presymptomatic), you can still infect others for several days, if not a week or more, before you get symptoms. AFAIK, they have no way to determine if you will be asymptomatic or not. So don't misinterpret the study. It's great that people who never showed symptoms won't spread this, but it is still true that people can and do spread it long before they show symptoms. It is the incubation-period-spread and presymptomatic spread's # of days that matters here. [/quote]
