Original Message It has plagued me since I was a kid. I've lost the count of how many times I've scratched the insides of my ears raw and bloody with a Q-tip (with the cotton ball removed). Pain and blood leaking out is so much better than the itch.

Doctors say there's nothing wrong. No fungal infection, dermatitis, nothing out of ordinary.

Desinfectants, creams, lotions, hydrocortisone (creams and liquid), nothing worked.

Now I have discovered what works:

PREPARATION H - STRAIGHT INTO THE EAR CANAL!
