Original Message So, 3 justices voted against even hearing the amicus briefs on Tuesday. Further, major lines are being drawn. The three who voted against have stated if voted on to hear the case, they will not sit on the court to hear the case. I say let them go. WOW, this is very telling about where we are as a country.
