Some Florida counties are offering rental and mortgage assistance.
I have a relative in florida. In their county morgage assistance programs were cancelled until further notice due to covid
This is wrong if it's a federal backed loan. It's part of the Cares Act and it's the law. They must abide by it. No paperwork required just certify that you have lost income due to Covid. 50% of all loans in US are federally backed. So whether your servicer or the person you send your payment to is Chase or Us Bank doesn't matter. They all must follow the law. And before anyone makes him feel bad about this. Remember that Tom Brady's company got a $1M loan from govt for paycheck protection and they will not be required to pay back one cent. Pretty much every fancy law firm got one too.
I've been scouring the internet trying to find help.
We've spent the last six months either making no income and on occasion we would make a fraction of what we would have prior to covid. I thought I was responsible, I had $8k saved up for emergencies...then I got sick with covid, which rendered me bedridden for 3 months. Then another member of my household was laid off permanently. I helped her open her own business..which sounded like a great idea. In the month of october we made $200 after business suite rental.
Right now there's food on the table but the mortgage is behind 3 months. Utilities 2 months. All CC cards are in default. The amount of stress from this situation has manifested into medical conditions for myself.
Please if you know where I can get help, please share. I'm out
of options. I don't know what to do. I am about to lose everything, and for what? All these years that I've been progressing became instantly wiped out.
I don't know how to deal with this depression and stress. I cannot imagine a situation where everything is okay.
someone please help me. There's got to be an available program out there. We have a child in the house!
