Original Message The Constitution gives Congress the final say in the election. Trump can indeed win, and this is how it will likely happen if Trump decides to NOT move forward with the military before Jan 6th.

On Jan 6th, Congress will meet to open all the certificates and thus count all of the votes. As this occurs, if only 1 member of both the Senate and House Object to the votes of any states, this will then push both the Senate and the House to debate for up to two hours, and then ultimately cast a vote on whether to accept or reject the original electoral votes. So just to recap, it only takes ONE member of the House and the Senate to put a monkey wrench in things. The kicker? We're ALREADY THERE. Rep Mo Brooks has confirmed that he will be objecting. And what about the senate? You think Rand Paul will accept the results? Have you checked out his twitter lately? You think Cruz will accept the electoral votes?

The key and the catalyst for kicking off electoral uncertainty, is overwhelming evidence that comes from Government intelligence in an official capacity. We haven't had that as of yet, and that is why Ratcliffe's Report will in fact be what's needed to instill adequate doubt in the Senate. That report is due by this Friday. With enough doubt, the Senate will likely not unanimously vote to accept the original electoral votes, and the House will likely accept the electoral votes. So what happens after that? The rules are rather clear. The decision would be ultimately left up to the VP, Mike Pence.
