Original Message My theory is he realized the surrender all around him at every level.

Trump remade the judiciary, yet of all of the judges he has seated he could not find any who would hear the case. Even the Supreme Court whose job is to rule on constitutionality would not hear the case regarding state legislatures having their constitutional power usurped.

He saw how these same state legislatures punted and didn’t recertify like they lawfully could have.

Barr, Sessions, Durham and Ratcliffe etc all appeared to run out the clock for the democrats/deep state.

Let’s say Trump invoked the insurrection act or his EO he may have believed the courts would then step in , but only to rule against him.

I just think the guy realized he’s alone.
