I'm not always on the cops side in these incidents, but these peace officers were there to keep the peace after receiving complaints about a man smoking crack with a gun.Clear and concise instructions were given and the suspect acknowledged he understood them by answering them in english . Not an easy job for sure.
Except there was no gun ever found The guy was simply having a mental breakdown Tried to drive away from his parking lot Did not endanger anyone Cop shot him through his car with a rifle killing him Cops are not God or judge and jury Murdering people is not helping the police do their job any better So all you jack boot thugs should wake up Boot lickers No more impunity for muderers with a badge The cops life was not in danger They could have blocked his car in or many other things Notice their action is all based on some false report
Wrong! Driving a deadly weapon (car) at police while engaging in suspected felonious activity with a possible hostage at gunpoint + limo tint windows + failure to comply during a felony stop = justified lethal force. All he had to do was comply and cooperate and if no weapon/drugs found would have been chillin with a 40 on the porch in a few minutes. Charge cops with murder for protecting the public and there is no reason why they should protect you if a Blexican meth head has you at gunpoint. You are a fool. Go back to your antifa rally soy boy!
The law does not allow anyone to shoot someone simply because they are trying to get away from them. Traditionally Americans have viewed such things as backshooting or shooting fleeing unarmed people as the epitome of cowardice, and hundreds of "law officers" were strung up or simply shot dead for it over the past 300 years. An Austin Texas police officer
charged with murder
in the fatal shooting last year of an unarmed Austin man was booked into jail and released on bond Thursday, authorities said.
An arrest warrant was issued Wednesday for Austin police Officer Christopher Taylor in the death of Michael Ramos. The officer fatally shot him with a rifle in April as he drove away after another officer shot him with a beanbag gun.
Taylor, 29, was booked into the Travis County jail early Thursday and released a half-hour later on a $100,000 bond and the condition that he not posses a gun..
