Original Message Talking to a bartender last-night. She is the only one left bartending at the restaurant we went to last evening. The other 3 are opting for perpetual unemployment and the same goes for the kitchen and front of house.

High end dining, pizza shops, diners down to the local Dunkin are all desperate for staff because of the unending welfare.
