I was reading about magnesium the other day and the studies indicating its use in anxiety and start taking around 400mg a day. I take it with a couple potassium and vitamin E. In a few days work was better, focus was much better and anxiety was diminished significantly. Also, my general feeling during the day is more level and calm. Stressful situations are easier to handle and I am certain the magnesium is the key. Im taking mag citrate, but there is a form called Magnesium L-Threonate that is supposed to be better and studies show it works on restoring memory and function. Im a believer. You are welcome.
I usually take a ZMA supplement. I forgot to pack it while I’m working out of town though. I’ll try the magnesium you suggested. Thank you.
I think that including E is essential because I believe magnesium aids in vitamin e metabolism. I add potassium to counter the sodium and aid heart functiom. Don't take calcium and mag together, they compete for absorbtion. It works for me and I have battled this stuff for years.
I’ve been feeling extremely anxious with a tight feeling in my chest. There’s nothing in particular for me to feel stressed or anxious about. This is the first time I’ve continuously been connected to 5G on my phone and was wondering if there is a correlation.
