i have done an experiment with awareness
i put the thumb and the pointingfinger together like with the ok sign, close the eyes and put my attention in the thumb
And now something strange happens, i do not feel the thumb, i feel the rest of the hand, how is this possible?
same experiment, and now to put awareness into the pointing finger, what happens? i feel the thumb
according to this experiment were the mind puts its attention on, this becomes the point from were it observes the world, it merges with the focal point, it becomes one with the object of attention, one percieves the world from this
