I have a gut feeling little Simone is going to shove the goat up the media’s ass once the Olympics are over. The media is totally out of control the way they spin and hype anything newsworthy, from sports, to entertainment, to politics. Something needs to be done to control the spin and hype, and I hope that at least Simone will start the conversation.
They know the pressure they create is the real reason Simone left the games, so now they are spinning the the mental health angle (not admitting they are the cause of the mental health issues), and sexual abuse from 5 years ago. It’s almost comical to watch how they squirm out of any blame in this unfortunate situation.
It will be interesting to watch this play out, and I for one hope she takes them down a few notches.
