Original Message This is for the Flu vaccine. I worked here for 6 years. the 1st 3 i did NOT take the flu vaccine. They then made it mandatory but didnt know they offered religious exemption so i took it for 2, hope that doesnt make a difference. (messed up my shoulder and probably gave me pancreatitis). And i dont want to take it anymore. Anyways, I want this on record for when the covid shots come. Problem is, I dont have a church or religious leader. I was never the religious type until the past year or 2. I do read the bible when i can and try to pray when i can. But i do not go to a church but i do believe in jesus christ and Christianity. I am not sure how to fill the form out. Any help would be great. Heres the text:
