Original Message Many people dont have the cash to spend thousands on prep food. Many people have left it a bit late to start prepping. Say what you will, but we have a 'normality bias' and have never seen bad times. Many people have left it late. Some havent and wont even do it at all. But for those that have decided to finally buy some prep food, and are short of a bit of cash, how would you break down $100 worth of food?

Now im no expert. Certainly there are a lot of considerations.

Salt
Sugar.
Baking powder
Milk powder
Flavours; Curry powder/paste, herbs, etc
Dried corn and smash it yourself as you can buy corn meal cheaper than flour?
Lentils/beans
White Rice
Whole wheat
Oils/lard
The Hard cheese freeze better
Meat? Canned spam. Canned tuna.
Canned vegs

Please add what yall think is relevant, and price breakdown.

Remember, food prices are going up fast. 1 week could see a 5-10% price rise. Animal feed store will be the best place to get your grains.
