Had to get the vaccine (J&J) for work.
Day 1: The shot was fairly normal at first, then started to hurt bad after a couple of minutes. Easily the most painful shot I’ve ever had. Started to feel nauseous, light headed, flushed, and almost like my consciousness was losing connection with my body. After an hour or so I started to experience a metallic taste in the back of my throat. This all progressed throughout the day, getting a bit worse at first then starting to fall. By evening it wasn’t so bad. I also felt tightening in my abdomen and discomfort in my chest.
Day 2: Don’t feel rested from sleep. My entire body hurts and all my joints are inflamed. Past injuries ache. My knees in particular are bad. I’m going to have to be careful today because nothing feels like it’s working correctly. I have no energy and all my muscles are tight.
