Besides that. Fucking breathe would you! Most people only fill their lungs to ten percent of their capacity.
And if you're going to make a child bloody do it with mature seed. At least wait for thirty days before attempting. Otherwise your kid is born of immature seed. Prone to weak genetics.
But anyway... wrote this to help someone. But its something most need to read.
Warning. If you read this there's no excusing yourself for ignorance when your judgement day comes. You were told. And God knows it.
Btw scoffers, I'm not doing this for you. God's orders and I've seen him angry, you don't want to know. Careful, I've warned you.
Escaping the matrix hinges on only a few things. Your energy or the accumulation of it.
Mental/spiritual vigilance.
Personal discipline/mental discipline.
Strength of will.
Perception and the energy to perceive.
Ability to sense evil (activation of psychic senses).
Congruence (to enter the light filled door you must become as one with the light).
What is the feeling of Heaven. Can you grow this within simply by avoiding all that is darkness.
The farmer clears the soil of weeds. He plants seeds and waters them. He waits. That is the miracle.
I can't tell you any other way. There is no other way.
You'll raise the energy of those around you through the natural laws of balance. Sympathetic harmonic synchronisation of the energy feild between yourself and others.

You won't achieve what you're trying to do if you think about sex.
If you do that you're going to arouse yourself and you'll get weak and give in.
Your mind is undisciplined and with that comes the uncontrollable chatter. A constant stream of bullshit opinions and scheming, self protective thoughts and indulgences.
An undisciplined mind is without spiritual vigilance against external suggestion, telepathic prompts from the demonic.
The being that came at you in your dream and drained your energy has been with you for a long time suggesting you drain your energy time and again.
They are so good at this that it seems that these are your own thoughts.
Due to the mind being so habitual it hardly needed to remind you to provide that burst of energy called the orgasm.
But when it came to feeding time and you withheld your energy from it, it created a dream scenario where it was able to draw your energy from you. It was starving. You are it's source of sustenance. This energy is parasitic and cannot exist here without this supply of energy.
These beings are masters at dream manipulation.
You're going to find that if not already, these not only prompt and remind you to fap but also suggest thoughts of memories that cause resentment leading to hateful thoughts. When this happens your heart centre creates a vibration of energy that is congruent with the dark feild these beings arise from. The key word is congruence- sympathetic harmonic resonant energy. This is also a form of sustenance for them.
Congruent energy. You see? Your parasitic action creates energy congruent to these beings because they are also parasitic.
The orgasm created through spying on another, trickery,using another's body without a care for them as a human- all parasitic action.
Don't hate yourself for it. That only feeds the entity and takes your soul down further. Self loathing is something they want for you because you won't believe you deserve God's forgiveness and turn your back on Him.
You're in the Matrix. These are the Mr Smith's. Not exactly but the closest thing we have to deal with of the unseen. They speak into the mind without most noticing.
Yes it is hard to fight an invisible enemy especially if you don't know their habits or how to cut off their supply.
You can test if what I'm telling you is true by laying at night and observing your thoughts. Do they lead you to shame, resentment,hatred,arousal?
If so, answer each thought with an unemotional"No thankyou"
You will enjoy this excersise because most people experience a slight pause and then a more insistent suggestion of resentful memories.
Usually something like "But aren't you pissed off about this and that?"
A few more"No thankyou's" and a great wave of frustration arises within. This is the demonic parasitic being having a hissy fit because it can't understand why you're suddenly not towing the line and giving up dark energy congruent to it. These are born out of darkness and are sustained by it.
Once you confirm to yourself that this is happening by the test I have given you to use, you can become vigilant against these by watching your thoughts.
If you sent your attachment this energy it will begin to fade away and die, have to leave and go back to the dark abyss or find another host that is unaware and the earth is not short of those.
Don't slack off, they are there an arms length from your face continually testing for a host to ride. I don't know how many can infest one person but remember the story of legion. These things can be the size of a ping pong ball (orb) they lodge within the body.
They can access all corners of the mind and so know us intimately which is how they create dreams catering to our desires. They speak within the mind using the sound of our own voices, duping us into believing these are our own thoughts.
Jesus told us "Know thyself" this was so we would practice discernment with our thoughts and keep vigilance against the dark hordes.
You have been a vehicle for this dark energy, living out its desires at it's bequest, unquestioningly, a slave to it's will.
You think this is bad? They want to take you so far from grace that you cross one of the lines you can never walk back to God from. Then at death they claim thee and take your soul down into darkness. You may never escape. Some are cast down by God and his Angels forever. The torture of regret is enough itself. An eternal clawing at ones chest and writhing in angst. But there is worse. Rapists, murderers, molesters don't have a chance.
You've been ignorant of your position.
This thing used your pain to attach to you.
Your experience brought you much anger and pain. A perfect candidate for the shadow beings.
I'm going to paste some notes here then write on the end of these. Some notes already written above.

I'd lay awake at night kept up by a list of resentful thoughts.
My heart would become angry and send out a negative pulse of energy.
The shadow beings were being sustained.
Then I simply began saying "No thankyou" to every suggestion of resentment.
This is very amusing to watch.
Because as soon as I said"No thankyou" there was a pause and my mind said "But don't you feel angry about this?"
I said "No"
Another pause and "But how about the time so and so did this to you"
"No thanks"
Then what happened was a literal squirm of frustration within my body as this shadow being realised I wasn't going to play the game.
They are so subtle. I'd say ninety percent of the people on the planet have them.
So subtle, slowly degrading each soul beyond grace. For the unconscious man who only believes in science he/she is in great danger.
I was only attacked by these beings when my soul broke free. Many already trapped down there in the place of flames. I was carried out by a large angelic being as they ran in panic after us biting and clawing me. This happened during my sleeping hours. I believe this is how they speak into our minds so easily. Some part of us has to be congruent with them in some way. My bets are on eating meat.
So that's how to become aware. To watch the mind for negative emotion prompting.
This is how I completely silence my mind.
In school they trained us to read silently but aloud in our minds.
Just a reversal of this.
So, you practice reading while using the will to keep silent in your mind. Do not voice the written words internally. Then because your will is felt throughout the entire body you become accustomed to the feeling of inner silence.
People practice meditation and such for years to gain inner silence but to gain it in the first place you must know how it feels. Once you know how it feels you can will it by remembering it's feeling. A feeling not a thought.
So you discipline yourself using your will to keep silent and after about three days you will have anchored your mind/body/will in silence. A short lived effect is a feeling of sadness. I am not sure if it is the missing of internal chatter or the shadow beings sadness that they cannot enter your mind space. It only lasts for a half a day. In this way one becomes his own keeper, vigilant against telepathic intrusion and if it is sensed as a sudden suggestion from out of the deep (because you may get rid of one but more come knocking) you look within like a ferocious lion and they go squeek like a mouse and hot tail it away.
Yes it costs them energy to speak into the human mind, and they are expecting more back. Like a poker machine that always pays out.
When you don't pay out in the form of negative emotion they begin to starve and will either fade away or die if they don't leave to find another human lacking mental discipline/vigilance.
And this is why I messaged you because you know the human equivalent of the shadow being. Your video helped me understand so I hope this helps you understand further.
I'll try to get it into a book perhaps.
A few tips
These hate lavender. So people can put a drop of organic lavender oil in a glass of water and drink.
Remember everyone is under attack. The narcissist is already evil, so they have them worse through congruence.
If anyone tries to go the forty days like Jesus and Buddha they should clench their perinium muscle to close down their base energy centre if they entertain an erotic thought for too long- these are sent by the shadow being/reptilian to harvest energy from or keep the human docile and psychically blind.
I don't know if the reptilian are physically on the planet but their technology is psychic not modern physical science. They use psychic powers to take down humanity from within our own minds. They want us to degrade our spiritual light.
Light is truth. Truth is illuminating. All narcissists work in darkness and untruth.
You can blast these shadow beings out of people by visualising bursts of gold light as golden fireworks within people's bodies, above their heads and below their feet. Throughout your house and where you sleep.
Another thing to know is that these beings can formulate dreams that bring about an emotional reaction in the dreamer, either fear, anger, frustration, lust. They feed on these emotions in this way also.
And we can see how they work upon the world in give consciousness to bring war and despair. And they make the narcicist their clone drone bringing sorrow. More anger like Mr Smith duplicating himself through pain because some turn to the dark side in this way.

I have been assailed by the narcissists all of my life.
I'm a good person and have compassion for people, kind and so have withstood insults of all kinds only to forgive.
But that isn't why I'm writing to you.
I know this all runs much deeper than just people being horrible people and I could see you know these people are the devil incarnate. You mention they feed on people and that correlates to what I discovered then forgot then was shown to be absolute.
As you say. The narcicist says things to bring forth an outcome and it can be subtle or blatant.
I fought these things when I was nineteen.
I don't want to be vague. Its deep.
When I was nineteen I became aware that not all thoughts seemed to be my own. Alot of them were prompts coming up from out of the deep of my mind that caused me to at that age because I didn't have any memories to feel resentment - were sexual prompts.
I'll have to call these thoughts instantaneous telepathic implants directed at me by shadow beings.
You might call them the devil or demons.
I've learnt that they feed on negative emotion as a sustaining energy that is congruent with them.
I need to say this and I apologize if this is hard to read but I have to say it all.
These phantom energies use the energy of the orgasm that lacks love. The one made through ill intent. By spying on another through the tunnel window (internet) The one created parasitically. Feeding on another without their knowledge. See the correspondence. The congruence.
That orgasm is made with dark energy. The shadow beings harvest this burst of energy/emotion and use it to sustain themselves.
They cannot exist here without our energy.
Sound familiar?
This is why seventy percent of internet traffic is pornography.
These beings are infesting the human race. Our energy is sustaining them. We are like their cattle to them. And I was attacked badly the first time I escaped.
The negative emotion charged energy burst of the orgasm isn't only from pornography but of course the evil so called "lover" but as well as this the revisited sexual union memory, the imagined sexual partner.
I found out at that time in my youth that their story of Jesus alone in the desert for forty days and the story of Buddha beneath the Bodhi tree are the same story experienced by two people. Perhaps they were the same person. But there came the Devil or Mara to tempt with visions of harlots or his semi naked daughters and it was forty days.
So for forty plus days I rebuked the prompts and had to fight myself with all of my strength to overcome because I wanted to know what society was hiding from me because I could see the prompts not only coming into my mind but on television and advertising. It was everywhere. The hacking of my biological programming to prompt my genetic predisposition to breed above all things to pass on my DNA and it drained my energy, made me docile, irritable. A good slave lacking perception.
After around forty days I accumulated enough energy for all of my dormant bio software to come online. My hidden psychic abilities that every person has a given right to if only they could harness their energy. The ability to sense evil (just in the sound of a voice). Remote viewing. Many other abilities.
I saw the world as if it revolved in the palm of my hand and I asked what was behind all of the evil in the world and saw them in their tunnels. They repulsed me and I was immediately afraid. They followed my consciousness back to my home and attacked me terribly.
I played an album by Seal and used that love sentiment to make them leave. These were reptilian.
My fear made them strong. But the music helped alot. They attacked my Mum at the same time.
And I looked for people to share with but no one cares and I put it down and forgot about it all.
Then over the years after my relationship I went back. Making mistakes. But still proving to myself it was worth persuing.
But they would get into my mother's mind and attack me through her.
And I'd forget again because if your mother doesn't believe in what you're trying to do what does it matter.
But I saw your video and it made me happy because I knew you knew these are demons.
And I recently found a very good tool I devised.
And yes. These demons inhabit the narcicist speaking into their minds advising them. The narcissist think they themselves are ever so clever but they are merely a host. Much like a parasite feeding off a parasite. Big fleas have little fleas upon their backs to bite them.
So us, the good people. We all get approached by the shadow beings. You can be a good person and still be feeding these attachments.
I'd say, anyone who entertains a thought by generating negative emotion because of it is giving lunch to these beings.
A quandary.
Getting mad at a shadow being, fearful. Only makes it stronger. Because you feed it negative emotion in doing so.

You are the ultimate. Capable of traversing the universe in a second using only your will. You are a super psychic being capable of the miraculous. A being of unlimited potential.
Yet through a childlike understanding of the predicament we find ourselves in you are vulnerable as a newborn starling.
Your constant draining of energy leaves you functioning as a five dollar calculator when you have access to a supercomputer. If only you would accumulate your energy.
Is it so unbelievable that your body
would place the highest importance on passing on it's genes? And so while all energy goes towards replacing what you drain from yourself your bio software lays dormant, inactive.
Your perception is at base level, only the five senses activated.
Some find the psychic senses so alien to their usual base senses that when activating the psychic senses they often forget the disciplines they used to stay vigilant against the dark foe.
They go mad as once again the parasitic energy saddles up and rides them except this time the energy accumulated is used to destruct the person. The shadow being drunk with power begins to fill the mind of the victim with fanciful delusions of power, money, women,fame.
Many so inwardly embarrassed at their own shameful stupidity they refuse to give up these delusions, some never get out of mental asylums just due to sheer stubbornnes and crushed ego.
Endorphin addiction through orgasm, you're addicted.
Find something else. Weight lifting. Sports, running. Stand up comedy (laughter).
Hardcore way- tell your mind to shut the fuck up whenever it begins to speak. Your ego and the shadow being will stop chattering in no time. Otherwise use the reading technique above.
If you bother to entertain arousing thoughts you'll feel your lower energy centre open, that's the loosening of the muscles around your prostate in physical counterpart to your energy centre. To close that energy centre again and block the arousal simply clench and hold your perineal muscle for ten seconds.
Jesus in the desert for fourty days and Buddha beneath the Bodhi tree. Read both stories. Virtually the same.
Never fear in your dreams no matter what you are seeing. The moment you fear they use that energy against you. Punch them in the nose. They are but phantoms using your energy against you.
Stay on the path, keep your cool, one day at a time, win back God's grace and you will find yourself standing before a door filled with light. Go inside. Do not decide to explore the dark abyss. Predators worse than the ones mentioned await the straggler.
Don't fall into the special, chosen, illuminated trap, it will trip you up. Stay humble.
Oh yeah lol watch this one. As your perception grows you'll realise were living among the vampires. The flesh gorgers. Have fun with that. May give you the Willie's to realise the majority of people are just like the demonic in the way they gnaw at flesh as if everything is fine and dandy. It's a demonic trait.
Research duck weed. Has everything meat contains. Easy and fast to grow.
Otherwise when you start having visions the first thing the spirit world will communicate to you is blood and gore, stripped bloody bones. It's their way of telling you to stop because it's demonic.
You want to become the exact opposite of the parasitic being. Don't feed upon the innocent!
