Original Message Been a bit stupid. So, my ear has been a little bit muffled (from ear plug use?)for a week or so, really mild pain. I used some Otex Express but my ear just feels full and it hasn't done anything.

So today I put some hydrogen peroxide in, I think 11%. Okay, wow-I felt sick & dizzy and the pain was unreal. On a scale of 0 to childbirth(10), around a 7. This has lasted for hours, I've taken a lot of painkillers & it has eased but still painful and now more muffled. The pain was such that I was moaning with how bad it was

I tried the Otex again to see if that helped and another spray with acetic acid in but pain went to about a 7.5

A doctor did tell me over the phone to carry on using the hydrogen peroxide and drops-yes.

Not the best place to post but I'm not on other forums or social media-just wanted to know if anyone has had anything similar happen or you know what I've done
