Original Message I'm caught between giving up sweets, gambling and cursing. I could do all 3 I suppose...

Sweets have absolutely no benefit whatsoever, and are bad for you. Gambling is only good when you win, which is always outweighed by the amount you lose overtime.
Cursing is an ugly trait, and although I don't do it often, people who don't curse have a nicer spirit.
