At the advice of a medical professional I know, after being sick for nearly a month I had a complete blood work up done to check my kidney, thyroid and liver function. Everything came back normal except my vit D level was completely depleted.  Your friend should have his vitamin levels and other functions checked out. I was sick nearly 6 months ago, must’ve been delta. I still cannot smell or taste right. But thank God that’s all I have.

I cant go in the sun because I have Lupus. I was taking D with other vits and enzymes, but my MD tested me and put on 5000mg in winter and 3000in summer. He and I have a good rapport, he is very guarded in what he says as they fired one good MD for using hydroxychloroquine at our only clinic. We both thought  Vit D + zinc seemed to really work well and so he did some out og the box research an showed me that not too many covids are ever really autopsied, but in those who were where they tested their vitamins, All who died of what we call covid, whatever that really is, ALL WERE VIT D DEFICIENT.  And we also found Vit c makes expensive urine unless you get Lipasomal Vit C.

Original Message I have a business associate who is trying to continue to work but health is wiped after recovering at home from covid.. 60'ish.

Very low energy, shortness of breath. What they call the 'long haulers'.

I have thought of remedies to boost his immunity but not sure what to offer for the other lasting daily symptoms.

Wth does this shit do to the body and what systems. I know lungs and can make medicine for that but what about weakness? What body system would that be?

Anyone have experience with this? Thanks in advance.
