Original Message How to watch the Winter Olympics

The Olympics this year are on NBC for over the air broadcasts.

If you have any sort of conversion box ADD the Peacock Channel to your channel list for the BEST coverage (ie: via Roku, etc.), but parts will also be on CNBC and MSNBC in addition to over the air NBC.

The FREE version of Peacock will bring you LOTS of Olympic events, many more than on TV, and for the $4.99 pay level you can watch ALL of the events (with ads, $9.99 without ads).

If you want to watch the Olympics in 4k, well you have to go outside of NBC to do it. Check out the below website for who has 4k and where (not all outside providers will be providing 4k in every market)

The best option for 4k is probably YouTube TV, but WOW they are expensive.
$64.99 plus a $19.99 add on for the 4k feed (= $85/mo)

I will be watching the Olympics via Peacock at the FREE service level (probably 1080i, good but nothing like 4k).
