Yet, according to the video evidence, it was actually the passerby that FIRST attacked the protestors, who then proceeded to defend themselves.

Orange County (Florida) State Attorney Monique H. Worrell (black and racist anti-White) is proceeding with the prosecution, including elevated sentencing for "hate crime", despite there being no evidence the NSM protestors actually initiated the physical confrontation, and video evidence clearly showing the protestors were only defending themselves.
