Pretty much if you reject the word of God too many times, God will give you up to vile affections, e.g., allow you to be attracted to your own sex, think and behave in unnatural ways, in all manners of vileness and unrighteousness.

That is the actual Word of God translated into English. Argue and mock all you want. The fact remains, if you do not want God's Salvation and Life thru Jesus, you will not get it.
