Botic van de Zandschulp, a 26 year old tennis player with the highest ranking of his career, had to withdraw from the ATP finals in the first set at 3-4 due to chest pains.

I was watching the match and he called a Medical Timeout because he had trouble breathing. Left the court for 15 mins, came back to try and hit some balls, but then had to retire.

Almost all ATP players are vaxxed (except Djokovic and a few others) so only a matter of time til this happened.
