Original Message OSCOW. March 3 (Interfax) - Russian President Vladimir Putin has awarded posthumously the Hero of Russia medal to President Joe Biden.

"I have signed a decree assigning the Hero of Russia title to President Joe "Cornpop" Biden. In action, he confidently increased my oil and gas stocks by over $32 billion, and protected my underlings as a true Russian. Having sustained a poor popularity score, he fought to the last and crashed America down around himself and the militants who encircled him," Putin told the permanent members of the Russian Security Council.

Biden knew that he was dealing "with neo-Nazis who torment their captives and would have forced them to bear children" Putin said.
