This happened 3 days ago. Was in the garden for an hour tops, burned myself so bad that my skin is pealing. And this is spring time. And the week prior it was 40-50s muggy and cold. First day the sun breaks through its 90 degrees and burned in an hour.
Is this the weather modification causing the bad rays to come through and diminishing the good rays?
