He has "terrorized" other former Soviet-Union before. So then why are we dependent on Russia so much so that we are now getting fucked economically? Like a slow moving freight with no brakes. We saw this coming decades in advance, yet we never prepared to ween ourselves off of Russian depedance? ie. fertilizer, wheat, fuel
