They're trying to provoke you to anger and rage and, they're watching, trying to catch you, probably saying something your smartphone will pick up.

Please do not feed the trolls.

The only appropriate time to say "Nobody will do anything" is in reference to law enforcement authorities prosecuting the obviously absolutely corrupt politicians, but if it's said in another context just be aware they're trying to draw out extremists who don't know how to handle their emotions.
