Original Message Long story short, I accused my boss to upper management that my boss is working another job that is interfering with his current job where I'm at. His other job is performing drag and accepting tips which is against my company's policy on having other jobs.

Upper management came in and told me HR said it was fine and to refer me to the Anti-discrimination and harassment policy. Nowhere in my accusations I even said anything about his race, sex, or sexual orientation.

Upper management confronted another employee about my accusations and told them that he couldn't believe there were still homophobia still in the workplace. Not once did I say anything about his sexual orientation!

I've been with this place for a long time but I can't stand the fact of what he told the other employee.
