Chlorophyll absorbs Golden Sunlight.
It's right there in the texts.
All I know is that drastically increasing my green leaf intake has made me alot more chilled and happy. Daydreaming is vastly improved too. Eating sweet potato leaves now, and being mindful of oxalates.
Much as I love Collard Greens, they are too sulphury for true Dark Green Leafy megadosing.
