IF you are older you should think serious about those two vaccines which reduce the severity of each of those diseases if you catch them.

If you have never had Shingles ... be thankful. Talk about a PITA painful experience, and without medical intervention it can take ages to clear up, basically semi incapacitating you for the duration if you get a bad case.

Flu shots ... I haven't had one in years, but for Shingles and Pneumonia they are well worth it if you are older.
