Original Message I am vax-free and work on a team of 10 triple and quad vaxed. Pre-covid we would have a total of 2 sick days per month at most for the entire team.

We are now averaging 2 staff out per day every single day. It's like they are on a rotation of perpetual sickness. They struggle to put in 4-5 days then it's off a day or two.

It's getting bad. It's company-wide as well. I've never seen people taking so many sick days in my life. Many of them are out of sick days.

I believe this is some sort of VAIDS.
