The first song is about the fact that in any relationship both people are walking down the proverbial "street" of the other person. The "street" involves the person's beliefs, hopes, dreams, desires, goals, etc.
The second song is about the fact you want the "street" you're on with the other person to have no names. In other words, you want to find a person without beliefs, hopes, dreams, desires, goals, etc. because that opens things up to maximum creativity and success.
