You need to fill out the form every time you get a payment over 600 dollars on Venmo or Paypal.
edit: some Schmo-hawk was complaining. The above statement is not exactly right. If you receive 600 dollars via Venmo / Paypal from anyone during the year, that will generate a 1099-K FORM from that Pay System to you. You will get a single form at the end of the year with your $$total dollars. Not individual forms. *sigh*
