[quote:hankie:MV81Mjk5NjMxXzk3NjgyNjA1XzNBNzZDMEEz] [quote: Anonymous Coward 83089313:MV81Mjk5NjMxXzk3NjgxNDQwXzNGNDE4QUE4] Why is anyone even allowed to charge interest? Even the Muslims got that right They have made it almost impossible for a family to build their own home , using used materials or materials they made from the land, you are forced into a home that most can not afford because of all the rules and regulations, and then tax you like crazy while you are working your ass off to pay off the loan Now they are taking away home ownership because it was a way for families to hang on to what little wealth they could accumulate and pass it on to the next generation We should all be richer than the generations before us, but we are not
Those rules are being made by unelected bureaucrats that do work instead of congress, now the Supreme Court said they didn't have the power to do this only congress can. So, these unelected who don't really have the law on their side are forcing the people of this country to pay their wages and all its fringe benefits. Every one of these agencies needs to be sued. The congress needs to disband all who are connected to the duties of the Congress under the constitution. I think more than a few are unconstitutional, even by the president's creation, these are constitutional agencies and they are why we have a hard time getting our government back to the way it is supposed to be. The National Parks thing and the EPA are all illegal by the constitution. Teddy Roosevelt broke the constitutional laws when setting the one up in the forest he liked so much, it was not allowed for the executive's office or congress or the supreme court to take any land for anything except fort, and highways and railways it has to be in the area mention for the Government in the constitution and no more anywhere it not listed. The states who are involved in Teddy's law-breaking could still sue Teddy even though he is dead to get control of their parkland. The federal government has only their land mentioned in the constitution and no more, it is a plan as the nose on your face. This goes for any and all federal Forrest in the nation, everything they have set to federal is against the constitution. Sue them and get them back in the hands of the owners and this can take out the agencies built around them also, land management, and others. This will take the executive from saying you don't have permission to drill an oil well or make a pipeline. State or oil companies can do this, and sue them that is.
